Welcome to the Charlotte area Design Studio. We are excited to begin the decorator selection process with you. You will be visiting the Design Studio in the Forest Park Business Park located just off of I-77 at Arrowood Rd.

The Orleans Company takes pride in the selections of the manufacturers we use to build your new home. You will be choosing from Shaw carpeting, Bruce and Mannington Hardwoods, Timberlake and Aristokraft Cabinetry, Seagull Lighting, just to name a few. We are continually updating our products to provide you with today's ever changing trends.
Your initial visit to the Charlotte Area Design Studio will be on a Browse Day during specified hours for a tour of the facility. Tours begin at specific times so please see your Community Sales Manager for a Browse Day schedule.
It is imperative that you bring your CCO options manual when visiting the Design Studio during Browse Day or scheduled appointments. This manual was given to you by your community sales manager. Prior to your first scheduled appointment, you must have all of your structural selections complete. Remember, you have 30 days from your Agreement of Sale to complete all your selections for eligibility in the Mortgage Plus Program.
During your Browse Day tour, you will be given a package of helpful information to prepare you for your first appointment with your Design Consultant. We do not schedule personal appointments on Browse Days. Private appointments are available Monday through Friday at designated times. Appointments are scheduled in 3 hour increments. We invite you to bring fabric swatches, pillows, even furniture drawers to assist in coordinating your furnishings with the new interior finishes in your new home.
After your contract has been accepted one of our Design Consultants will call to schedule your first appointment. Appointments are scheduled approximately two weeks ahead of time. Please remember that a 10% deposit is due at time of FINAL decorator selections.
