BENSALEM, Pa. – Steven Atchison has joined the executive team at Orleans Homes as president of the Midwest Division, overseeing day-to-day operations of communities in the Chain'O Lakes region and Fox River Valley, and growing the company's presence in Chicagoland and beyond.

Atchison comes to Orleans Homes with a wealth of Fortune 500 experience and was named by the Chicago Tribune as one of Chicago's top real estate specialists. His most recent position was as president of Builders First Land Source, a strategic advisory firm with extensive operational experience in the real estate and homebuilding industries.  Prior to that venture, he spent more than 15 years with PulteGroup, beginning as an internal auditor, and rising through the company to back-to-back tenures as division president in Tucson, Houston, Michigan, and, most recently, Chicago, Ill, where he successfully merged the operations of two of Chicago's largest homebuilders.
