If your home is in Pennsylvania, New Jersey or New York and was conveyed to you by Orleans after February 14, 2011, and you believe that you have claim under the structural warranty administered by Professional Warranty Company (which was issued in conjunction with the sale of your home), please submit the warranty request below.

While Lennar may be providing certain warranty administration services on Orleans’ behalf until December 8, 2017, Lennar did not assume, and is neither directly nor indirectly responsible for, any liability regarding the construction and/or sale of your home constructed by Orleans. That liability remains with Orleans.
